We will always welcome anyone to join us in celebrating the grace of God in Jesus Christ. We worship both in person and livestreamed every Sunday at 10:15 AM. Our Mission
To Know God’s Love
God reveals his love through the means of grace (the Gospel in Holy Scripture, Holy Baptism, and Holy Communion). Everything we do, we want centered on God’s love as he has revealed it. This emphasis is shown in our worship services as the historic liturgy proclaims the gospel.
To Show God’s Love
God blesses Christians with other Christian. As a community of people connected by God’s love, meet together to carry each other’s burdens and encourage each other in Christian love.
To Share God’s Love
God wants all people to be saved, and so we do too. We want to share God’s love in our community, with our neighbors and friends. We also want to share God’s love with people around the world, which we’re able to do as we support mission work done by our synod.
Our Name
Our full name is Beautiful Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, and it’s packed full of meaning.
Beautiful Savior
Jesus Christ is our Beautiful Savior. Even though he was wounded and bled and died a horrible death on the cross, to us he is beautiful for “by his wounds, we are healed.”
Evangelical
This word comes from a Greek word meaning “Good News,” as an evangelical church we are dedicated to bringing the good news of salvation in Jesus to all nations, especially to those around us in the Willamette Valley.
Lutheran
We are Lutheran because we teach and subscribe to the Lutheran Confessions as put forth in the Book of Concord, because they are a correct explanation of what the Bible teaches.
Church
A church is not a building; it is a gathering. We are those whom God has gathered together around his Word, so that we can encourage one another in Christ and work together in this world.
